About Reed
Reed Parks is the founder, owner, and chief executive of The Jersey City Calidad Football Club (JC Calidad FC), an independent football club in Jersey City, New Jersey. He started the club in 2026 at 16 years old, while still in high school, and entered it into the inaugural season of the NAPL — making him the youngest club owner and CEO in the world.
As CEO and general manager he runs the club day to day: recruiting players and staff, appointing the coaching team, managing the club's Instagram, TikTok, and online store, and raising the money that pays for fields, kits, and league fees. He built Calidad around one idea — people before profit — and a promise that the club would belong to the city it plays for.
Reed also holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots 11v11 coaching license, so he knows the game from the touchline as well as the boardroom.
Off the pitch, Reed is a lifelong football fan and Celtic supporter who documents his matchdays on his personal Instagram, @reedgoestogames.
